When you start a project with GSL you normally sign two documents:
- Master Services Agreement (MSA) - the main legal agreement signed once. It covers payment terms, confidentiality, intellectual property, client responsibilities, liability limitations, termination, dispute resolution and the general working relationship.
- Statement of Work (SOW) - a project-specific document attached to the MSA. Each new project gets a separate SOW.
Depending on the project you may also be asked to sign a Data Processing Addendum if GSL processes personal data, or a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.
