Termination terms are set out in your MSA. Depending on the service:
- Monthly retainer services are cancelled according to their renewal and cancellation terms.
- Maintenance and hosting subscriptions define renewal and cancellation plus data return and deletion procedures.
- Non-payment may lead to suspension of the service.
